This is the ValueSet that contains all the codes in Nationality ValueSet (https://fhir.dghs.gov.bd/core/ValueSet/bd-country-list-valueset) and Nationality ValueSet (https://fhir.dghs.gov.bd/core/ValueSet/bd-country-list-valueset). E.g. what you have to deal with if you get resources containing codes in either of them
