This is the ValueSet that contains all the codes in BD Encounter Class Subset (https://fhir.dghs.gov.bd/core/ValueSet/bd-encounter-class-subset) and BD Encounter Class Subset (https://fhir.dghs.gov.bd/core/ValueSet/bd-encounter-class-subset). E.g. what you have to deal with if you get resources containing codes in either of them
